Instructions on responsible social conduct in preventing the spread of coronavirus - COVID 19

Access to all persons, except employees, inside the INCDFP headquarters, is allowed only to persons who prove proof of vaccination, passing through the disease in the last 180 days or testing. The EU digital certificate for COVID-19 is checked by scanning at the entrance to the INCDFP headquarters by its own staff.

In the case of foreign citizens and stateless persons, defined according to the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 194/2002 on the regime of aliens in Romania, republished, with subsequent amendments and completions, access will be made through the vaccination document issued by the health unit outside Romania where the vaccine was administered or, as the case may be, the document certifying the passage through the disease or the negative result of an RT-PCR test for SARS-CoV-2 virus infection not older than 72 hours or the certified negative result of a rapid antigen test for SARS-CoV-2 virus infection not older than 48 hours , presented in the language of that country and in English or Romanian.

Upon entering the institution, each employee / person will proceed to check the temperature, which must not exceed 37°C.

Frequent disinfection of exposed surfaces you come in contact with and avoid crowding of office staff.
